  1. First Put milk on kadai, boil on low flame….till the milk turn 1/3 quantity,then add sugar according to your taste and stir again till milk turn thick (like mawa)….
  2. After that it will turn golden brown colour…then remove the mawa and keep it in a container and cover it and keep it in a warm place for 2-3 hours…
  3. After 2-3 hours you can remove the mawa cake from the contianer you may see the the down part of the cake is brown… decorated with dry fruits….now cake is ready..
