Steps to make Milk Upma:
- In kadhai add heat oil on medium flame. Add urad dal,as it turns pink. Make tempering(tadka) by add mustard seeds, cummin seeds, green chillies pieces, dry red chillies, curry leaves.
- Add semolina and mix well. Roast on low flame for 10 mins, till pinkish & nice aroma comes. On other gas boil milk and water separately.
- Pour hot milk,mix well add hot water, salt to taste, mix and cook for few minutes. Pour ghee on it,mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with fried cashewnuts pieces.
- Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Milk Upma with hot Coffee for complete Healthy Breakfast.
