All dry vegetable dishes are NOT Ghonto, ghonto is a mere subset of all possible dry method where you basically, mix/stir and cook. So while you wouldn't stir a Charchari much in a Ghonto you would. - Mix everything very well. Adopt slow cooking & Wait for a while. Stir the mixture time-to-time to check for burnt vegetables at the bottom of the pan.
- Add salt to taste. And add some gorom mosola powder!
