- Knead dough for few minutes. Divide into 10 equal portions. Roll each flatten ball into 6-7" round thin roti. Smear ghee all over it as shown.
- Sprinkle dry rice flour. Fold like fan. Again roll into round ball.
- Sprinkle rice flour and roll again gently into 6" round paratha. Place on hot griddle. Roast on both sides with ghee. Similarly prepare all parathas.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious & Nutritious Spinach Laccha Parathas with mango pickle, curd/dahi or Gujarati kadhi.
