- Now add potato inside the potato 😁 create a little hole in the middle and squish down (so it doesn't come out when it's upside down!). Bake for about 20 mins upside down then turn over. Bake for another 5. Remove from oven again then add the egg yolk. Pop back in the oven and bake until egg is cooked to your liking. Runny like the pic was 5-6 mins 😀
