- Boil hog plum with excess water, add salt. After 1 boil, add turmeric, red chilli powder cumin coriander powder & whole chillies. When water reduces to half, remove it from heat source.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion chopped. As onion turns Brown add mustard, then mash the mustard & add green chillies, panch phoran, whole cumin & boiled shrimp. Now add this seasoning in hog plum's mixture, heat it again. Add salt if required & after 5/6 boil remove from heat source. And your Amrar tok is ready to serve.
