- Fold it to half. Apply oil again. Sprinkle achar masalo if you like it spicy or just sprinkle flour.
- Fold it again. Roll paratha using dusting. Place it on moderately hot tawa.
- Flip it when you see the formation of air bubbles. Increase heat. Apply oil. Flip it, apply oil on the other side. Cook well on both sides and remove from pan when we'll cooked.
- Prepare all Paratha likewise. Serve hot with tea.
