Instructions to make Palak paneer:
- Wash palak and put it in a cooker. Give one pressure. Cool and churn it in grinder
- In a kadhai, add palak, milk, fresh cream, green chilies. Cover to cook on a slow flame for 15 mins.
- In other kadhai, add oil, ginger-garlic, onion, golden brown it. Add tomatoes and cook till it leaves oil.
- Add chilli powder, salt and kitchen king masala to it
- Add this tadka in palak. Add paneer pieces.
- Before serving heat 1 spoon ghee, add chilli powder and garnish palak with this tadka.
