- Get 1 small Ginger paste
- Take 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
- Take 1 tbsp Garam masala
Instructions to make Yogurt Paneer Paratha / Paneer Kad Paratha:
- Take 2 cups wheat flour in a bowl, add oil and salt as per taste and mix it well.
- Now add water to the mixed flour and prepare soft dough.. and once the dough is ready, take some oil and knead it.. and keep it for 20 minutes.
- Now to make the stuffing: Wrap the yoghurt in a cotton cloth all night and keep it in a bag so that the thik curd of the yoghurt will be ready.
- Now take a cup of yoghurt, a cup of Paneer and a cup of boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Now add salt, chilli, ginger, green chilli paste, garam masala, turmeric, Ajwine, roasted cumin powder, amchoor powder, coriander powder, & Kasuri methi mix it well..
- Now let's make those small balls.
- Now divide all the dough into equal parts and weave as you want to make small and big parathas.. and take a mixture of the Panner and curd we made and put it in between and roll it..
- Now put some oil on tawa and roast it well.
- So, Curd Paneer Paratha is ready.. Now take it in a plate and serve.. And with that you can take coriander chutney or tomato sauce..,πππ
