- Heat oil into a kadhai, now crackle cumin seeds, pepper seed, cloves, cardamom, coriander seeds cinnamon, bay leaf.

- Now add half Cup of water and cover with lid until tomato become soft.
- Further keep cool down it. After blender it until become a smooth Puree.
- And sieve this Puree by strainer.
- Heat same kadhai and add prepared Puree and add tomato puree, salt, kashmiri lal mirch, pich of turmeric powder, kasuri methi and mix well.
- Now add a cup of milk and boil gravy for 10 minutes upon low flame.
- Further sugar, fresh cream mix well and add paneer cubes also. cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
- Garnish from fresh cream and kasuri methi.
- Finally ready shahi paneer with naan, roti or paratha.
