- Take out all the water. Put the peas in cooker, then add 1 cup water and boil till it just starts pressure in the cooker. Do not wait for the whistle
- Cool the cooker in running water. Take out the peas and spread in a clean cloth to air dry them for 2,3 hours.
- Heat oil in wide pan. Fry the peas till it becomes light and starts floating on the oil. Fry for little more time.
- Take out fried peas in a pot. Add all dried spices and green food colour. Mix well.
- Spread in paper towels, so excess oil will get drained.
- The crunchy green peas are ready. Store in air tight jar.
