- Take 2 cup Whole wheat flour
- Take 1 cup grated raw papaya

- Take a mixing bowl or parat, add all the ingredients except oil, mix well.
- Knead a tight dough by adding water slowly slowly, keep aside for a while.
- Now add oil & again knead it nicely.
- Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
- Now take small portions of dough, make small balls.
- Roll it & make a lil thick puri.
- Moderate the flame, deep fry puri till crispy golden brown on both sides.
- Take out on a tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.
- Serve it with any curry.
