- Take a raw green papaya, wash thoroughly, peel it, grate it with the help of grater.
- Take a small kadai, turn on slow flame of gas. Add oil, rai, hing, chopped green chillies for seasoning.
- Now add grated raw papaya, saute it for 1 minute. Add salt, hadli, red chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar, saute for 1 minute more, on high flame, stir continuously. When it dries and shines with oil, turn off gas, transfer in another bowl.
