- Grate the raw papaya. Take a pan, add oil heat it. Add cumin seeds, hing. Add green chili chopped. Now add coriander powder and red chili powder, stir and add grated raw papaya. Mix nicely and cook till it becomes dry. There should be no water in papaya mixture. Otherwise paratha won’t come out well.
- Now take the dough, make ball size, roll it and stuff the mixture of papaya. Make paratha and put on the tawa /pan. Apply ghee on it. When it is cooked remove from tawa.
- Cook and serve with curd, pickle, sauce, or chutney.
