- To serve, dissolve 2-3 tablespoons of mulberry syrup in a glass of cold water and serve with ice cubes.
Remove from heat, cool, bottle and seal. In a food processor, blitz the softened butter, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth, then add the three eggs, one at a time, whizzing to combine. Spoon in the ground almonds and baking powder a little at a time as you continue to blitz. Use a spatula to scoop the mixture into the tin.
