- Divide the creamcheese mixture equally in 2 bowls anrand add mulberry jam in one bolw and mix it well,
- Take out the layer of biscuit crumb layer and add plain vanilla cream cheese as a second layer and let it set in the freezer for 10 to 20mins and tha add mulberry creamcheese mixture as a third layer and freeze it for couple of hours until it sets completely, remove the mould or ring carefully and decorate it with some pomegranate seeds, mulberries and mint leaves.
And yes you can leave the stems on they soften when baked & if you didn't know otherwise you problably wouldn't. In my mind, I would never have imagined chocolate and cheesecake go well together.
