  1. Get 250 gm mutton/lamb mince
  2. Get 2 Onion
  3. Take 1/2 teaspoon White vinegar
  4. Take 2 Green chilli

  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  7. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

  1. Chop onion, green chilli & coriander leaves
  2. In a mixing bowl add mince along with onion, Coriander and green chilli.
  3. Add white vinegar and soya sauce mix it well.
  4. Now add turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well
  5. Now make small balls from the mixture.
  6. Now heat water in a wok and place strainer over it (this is for steaming) Grease strainer with some oil.
  7. Now place all the balls on a strainer and cover it with a lid, cooked for 15 to 20 minutes on a high flame or until balls become soft, juice and tender.
  8. Once it's done open a lid and check the balls if it's become soft off the flame - - Now place these balls in a serving plate topped with Coriander leaves and it's ready to serve
