  1. First soak flaxseed powder for 5-minutes, and melt butter and add orange zest and honey and mix properly. Take soaked flaxseed powder in a big bowl and mix castor sugar and add orange juice and mix well.
  2. Sieve maida & baking powder in a bowl and gently mix by cut & fold method now add butter, zest, honey mixture and mix well add vanilla essence and mix.
  3. Fill in piping bag and pipe in Madeleines silicone mould and bake at 180 degree Celsius in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes till or till done.
  4. Unmould from the mould and cover corners of the Madeleines with melted orange chocolate compound and sprinkle finely chopped pistachios.
