  6. Make ready 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp gram masala powder(bt I used homemade gram masala)
  10. Get 2 tsp kitchen king meet masala powder
  11. Prepare To taste salt
  12. Take as needed Mustard oil
  13. Get as needed Water
  14. Prepare 1 tsp fresh garlic paste
  15. Take 2 tbsp grated ginger or paste
  16. Get 1 green cardamom
  17. Make ready 1 black cardamom
  18. Prepare 2 whole dry red chilli
  19. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  20. Make ready 1bowl gram flour
  21. Get Handful chopped green coriander leaves
  22. Make ready 1 tsp green cardamom powder

Mix kathal paste with cornflour and all the above ingredients except gram flour and oil. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball shape. Kathal ka achar - Jackfruit/kathal is a seasonal vegetable available during summer season in India. It is eaten as a fruit and vegetable both.

Instructions to make Kathal ke kofte jackfruit:
  1. Firstly take a jackfruit wash and cut in to medium size pieces
  2. Now put on a cooker, as required water now pressure cook up to 3whistles now turn on the low flame and cook agian 3or 4 min
  3. Now turn off the flame when let it cool down then open the lid and transfer the blender jar now blend it make a fine paste now remove it mixing bowl
  4. Now add half tsp cinnamon powder, 1tsp meet masala powder,3 tbsp coriander leaves to taste salt, half tsp green cardamom powder, half tsp turmeric powder, gram flour mix it well combined it together
  5. Now heat the wok with cooking now take a spoonful mixture and make a ball shape then drop in hot oil and deep fry until it becomes golden brown in colour
  6. Now remove the plates keep it a side
  7. Now heat the wok with cooking oil then add cumin, green cardamom, black cardamom, dry red chilli crinkle it then add garlic paste saute it 1 or 2 min
  8. Now add onion puree saute till it become nice brown colour on lower flame
  9. Now add given all spices and chopped tomatoes,ginger except meet masala mix it properly on lower flame
  10. When spices separates till oil then add water when gravy starts to boil then add fried kofte now again cook for 8 min on lower flame
  11. Lastly mix it meet masala powder and coriander leaves
  12. Now reduce the flame and serve it any types of bread or rice
