- Prepare 2 raw mangoes
- Get 20-25 Red Chillies
- Make ready 2 tbsp Jeera
- Get 12-15 Garlic pods
- Get 2 tsp Oil

- Take 1/2 tsp Chana dal
- Prepare 1 tsp mustard
- Get 1 tsp Jeera
- Get 1/4 tsp hing

- Wash and clean mangoes and curry leaves. Take mangoes, red chillies,garlic,jeera and curry leaves.
- Cut mango into small pieces and keep aside.
- Take 2tsp oil in a pan. Add jeera, garlic and red chillies. Fry till nice aroma comes. Let it cool before we grind
- Grind the above by adding required salt and pinch of hing
- Once it's grinded, add mango pieces and grind again..
- For seasoning the chutney: heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add mustard,jeera,chana dal and curryleaves. Add a pinch of hing. Add this to the chutney.
