- Place the lamb in an oven proof dish. Use one that has a lid on it.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl, and then add it to the lamb, ensure the meat is well coated throughout.
- Place the lamb in the fridge overnight to marinade.
- Peel and cut the potatoes and onions in quarters and add them to the oven proof dish. While cooking the potatoes will absorb the marinade and flavour of the meat.
- When your ready to cook. Turn the oven to 180 c.
- Slow cook in the oven for about 160-180c for 1.30 hours to 2hrs
