- I used these 2 hot sauces, 1 tablespoon each
- Chop your garlic as fine as possible, or a garlic press, put in a bowl that can hold all your shrimp
- Put the rest of the marinade ingredients in the bowl, mix well
- Add your cleaned shrimps, mix well. Let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet on medium
- Cut your bacon into about half inch pieces
- Add the bacon to the pan
- Once the bacon is mostly rendered, and starting to crisp, add butter and garlic.
- As soon as the butter is melted, pull the shrimp out of the marinade, place in skillet, throw away the marinade, it's job is done.
- Cook about 2 minutes, then flip, cook 2 more minutes, serve
