- Take butter & cream it along with the powdered sugar - Add vanilla essence to it and mix it.

- Pre heat the kadhai. Place the plate of cookies on it.
- Cook on low flame for about 20 mins. Check every 5 to 6 minutes. Cook it only until you get the slightly golden colour on the edges.
Now carefully cover the rainbow heart cookie roll with small pieces of vanilla dough and make a cylinder. Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out cookies and transfer to prepared baking sheets.
