  15. Make ready 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs
  16. Get as per taste salt
  17. Get for Coating:
  18. Make ready 2 Tablespoons maida diluted to form a batter in ¼ cup water with a pinch of salt

  20. Prepare as required oil to shallow fry
Instructions to make Red Heart Cutlets:
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat- Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, spring onions, capsicum & sauté.for a minute. - Add grated veggies & Stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add spice powders, mix well. Turn off the heat.
  3. Cool and add this mixture to the mashed potatoes along with coriander, salt, breadcrumbs and mix.
  4. Shape into balls and give the heart shape using a cutter. Now dip each in the flour batter, roll over the breadcrumbs and flatten them.
  5. Shallow fry cuetson a pan using very little oil till they get the crispy crust.
  6. Enjoy healthy beetroot shaped cutlets with ketchup and green chutney.
