Instructions to make Jackfruit Sabzi/Kathal Sabzi oil free (without fry):
- Take Jackfruit and cut into small pieces, and put it in steam pot
- After boiling it's look like this
- Now put in fryer for frying without oil
- Now take it out from fryer it looks like frying without fry.
- Heat oil in kadahi and add cumin seeds and Asafoetida
- Add chopped onion
- When onion turns some brown colour, add ginger and chopped green chilies
- Add chopped tomato
- Cook for 5-10 min till tomatoes become soft
- Add Masale (salt, red chilli, amchur, cumin powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, garam masala)
- Mix them well
- Now add jackfruits
- Mix them well and cook for 5-8 min.
- Now Kathal is ready to be served.
- Note:- you can deep fry/shallow fry the jackfruit.
