  5. Knead the dough again and shape into a loaf ( or divide into 6 pieces if making baps) and place onto a baking sheet, cover with a warm place and leave to prove for 20 minutes.
  6. Set the oven to, 220 sprinkle loaf or bags with a little flour and bake for 15/20 minutes.
