- Firstly Keep 1/2 ltr milk for boiling - On low flame

- Now take 1 cup cold milk in a glass and add cornflour milk powder bournvita coffee jaggery powder and GMS and mix well.
- Make sure that there are no lumps of any powder.
- Now strain this powdered milk and add to the boiling milk.
- Keep stirring so that that there no lumps…
- Boil for 2_3 mins off the flame.. - Let it cool at room temp but keep stirring so that cream does not forms on it.
- Once cooled freeze it for 4_ 5 hours
- Now remove and cut into pieces and whisk it with a beater till the mixture is smooth and fluffy and double the quantity
- Now add essence and 2 tbsp of bournvita and slightly mix it. - Add chocochips and freeze till it is set.
- It will take about 7-8 hours to set well.
- While serving serve with chocolate sauce or chocochips as per your choice
