- Get 1 cup Kodo Millet
- Prepare 2 cup water
- Prepare 1 tsp salt
- Get 2 tsp oil

- Make ready 1/4 cup beans, finely chopped
- Prepare 1 tbsp spring onions,chopped

Steps to make Millet Fried Rice:
- Wash one cup of kodo millet for 3 times and pressure cook for 1 whistle with 2 cup of water and salt.
- Allow it to naturally release the pressure and fluff it with fork.
- Heat oil in a pan and once it is hot add garlic and saute for few seconds.Then add the veggies(carrot,beans,spring onions)
- Add salt and sugar and saute for 3 mins. Sugar is optional,i have added to avoid the pungent smell of vinegar
- Add the soy sauce and vinegar. Give a mix and add the cooked millet and pepper powder.Mix well
- Check for salt and seasoning if needed add it and mix well. Serve hot!
