  6. Add peppers,, fry for further 1 min
  7. Add Prawns and fry for further 5 mins on a low fire
  8. Boil half a saucepan of water, add 1 tea spoon of oil and pinch of salt to avoid pasta sticking together
  9. Boil Pasta for 8-12 mins on 3/4 heat level, be sure to mix pasta every few minutes.
  10. Turn off frying pan and let ingredients cool down while pasta boils.
  11. Cut avocado into slices and place on the side, cut this last to avoid any darkening of the avocado
  12. Get a big bowl and Add all ingredients to pasta, add sliced avocado and add 1/4 of a bottle of sweet chilli sauce and mixed herbs. Stir well for a minute.
  13. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
