- Heat a pan, add ghee. Add melon seeds, melon seeds, grated coconut, nuts, cloves and sauté for one minute.
- Add grated carrots,sauté for one minute. Add cardamom powder.
- Add dissolved jaggery. Add boiled rice. Keep some portion of boiled rice aside.
- Mix well the rice very lightly with fork. Cover the pan for five minutes on the simmer flame. Now add different colours to kept rice with fork.
- Open the lid and add coloured rice. Add some more chopped dry fruits. Serve hot by garnishing with nuts and raisins.
