Instructions to make Healthy Millet Idly:
  1. Wash and Rinse all the millets in water for 3 to 4 times (like we do rinsing of rice for idly batter), but make sure you rinse well untill the dust gets out. Also wash urud dal and Fenugreek seeds

  5. Keep it for overnight fermentation (8hrs)
  6. After 8 hrs or Next day morning you can use batter to pour Idly or Dosa.
