- Combine wheat flour and bajra flour then add Green chili paste, oil and all dry masala all dry spices.
- Add all red chilli powder Garam masala turmeric powder, asafoetida,salt,sugar,methi masala,kasuri methi, sesame seeds,carom seeds, fresh coriander if you have. Now mix very well then add little by little curd. Make a soft dough.
- Make dough with the help of only curd not add water. If your curd it so much sour than you should add little water. Do not rest this dough.Now take small portion of dough and make heart shape with the help of heart cookie cutter.I am also make round shape. it's original shape is round but I make heart shape for my kids.
- Now heat oil in a kadai. Gently slid the heart vada in the medium hot oil. Make sure your oil is a medium hot. Prepare all Vada this like.
- When the one side is half done then turn another side.this process make very gently. Fry till golden brown and crispy. Place all Vada after deep fry on kitchen towel or tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Now your Bajra Vada is ready.
