  1. Now take a cooker and add Mango and Jaggery and boil it for 2 whistle
  2. Let it come to room temperature
  3. Now take a mixture bowl and add mint leaves, coriander leaves, black salt, cumin powder, chat masala and 4 Ice cube and then crush it
  4. Now add the pulp of jaggery and Mango in the above mixture and crush it again
  5. Then strain it and add a little amount of water
  6. Add some amount of chat masala in the bottom of the mould and then add the mixture and freeze it for 7 to 8 hours
