- Take a cooker add oil and let it get hot. Then add cumin seeds, bay leaves, green chillies, curry leaves and stir it for 30 sec in low- medium flame.
- Add the ginger to it and cook till the raw smell goes away. Then add all the chopped Vegetables and stir it for 1min.
- Meanwhile dry roast the millets and moong dal for 1min.
- Add the millets and moong dal to the cooker and mix it well. Then add salt and turmeric powder and mix it.
- Add 2 cups of water in it and cook in a low - medium flame up to two whistles. Wait till the air will goes away from Cooker. Then serve it hot.
