The ingredients needed to make Jaggery Daliya:
  1. Get 1 cup Daliya
  2. Prepare 1 cup Gud (jaggery) crushed
  3. Take 3 cup Water
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Ghee
  5. Take 1 tbsp Chopped nuts optional
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Dry coconut chopped
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Elaichi powder optional
Instructions to make Jaggery Daliya:
  1. Add Ghee in a pan mix daliya in it.
  2. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 2 cup water in daliya..mix well.
  4. Add gudd stir well.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Now add nuts and Elaichi powder mix well.
  7. Add 1 cup remaining water and cook for 10 min.
  8. Add dry coconut…cook daliya till it's soft.
  9. Note - *Daliya soaks lots of water so if u want to add u can add more water if not cooked.
  10. Keep the consistency liquidy in the end cause daliya will soak the water when cooled.
  11. You can add sugar instead of jeggary.
