The ingredients needed to make Jaggery Daliya:
- Get 1 cup Daliya
- Prepare 1 cup Gud (jaggery) crushed
- Take 3 cup Water
- Make ready 2 tbsp Ghee
- Take 1 tbsp Chopped nuts optional
- Prepare 1 tbsp Dry coconut chopped
- Prepare 1 tsp Elaichi powder optional
Instructions to make Jaggery Daliya:
- Add Ghee in a pan mix daliya in it.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add 2 cup water in daliya..mix well.
- Add gudd stir well.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Now add nuts and Elaichi powder mix well.
- Add 1 cup remaining water and cook for 10 min.
- Add dry coconut…cook daliya till it's soft.
- Note - *Daliya soaks lots of water so if u want to add u can add more water if not cooked.
- Keep the consistency liquidy in the end cause daliya will soak the water when cooled.
- You can add sugar instead of jeggary.
