  2. Give it a perfect mix using your hand. Now keep it aside covering the bowl for 24 hours.
  3. In the next day, take a frypan, put some mustard oil into it and heat it on stove. Put whole five Spice/ panch phoron into it with whole dry red chilli, Cardamom and bay leaf. Stir Fry it for 1 minutes.
  4. Now, put the olives with spices mixture into it with white vinegar and whole garlic. Stir Fry it for 20 minutes covering the pan in a medium high flame.
  5. Now, put sugar into it and cook it for half an hour in a medium low flame. When the chutney is 100% cooked, stop the flame immediately.
