- Grate them.Put them in a big kadai(pan).Add sugar in it.
- Cook it low flame.when sugar melt. Add all spices. keep stirring continuously.
- Sugar dessolves and becomes chashni form.keep stirring.you can add dry fruits of your choice in it.
- Check chashni with two fingers.(yadi halka sa ek taar a rha hai). Then off the flame.
- Sweet and spicy pickle is ready.cool it and keep it in glass container.
